Aroha may, on a case to case basis, facilitate separate agreements with the buyer(s) to manage their design and construction contracts for building their home.
The acquisition of community homes at Aroha complies with the guidelines of the RERA Act, similar to the process for purchasing an apartment or any plotted/bungalow/Villa development under the act.
